Speedwell Kia are re-opening June 1st with safety first in mind

We have some great news, as lockdown relaxes and as per government guidelines, we have been given the green light to re-open our dealerships and resume our sales operations from the Monday 1st June 2020. However, if you visit us, you’ll notice a lot of changes we’ve made to fit with the new social distancing guidelines. We will be trying our best to keep everyone safe.

Speedwell Safety 1st is our commitment to putting safety at the core of our business and ensures we can continue to offer the excellent products and services our customers are used to whilst ensuring we provide a safe environment for all.

Here at Speedwell we put the health and well-being of our customers, staff and local community 1st. In-line with this, we have created Speedwell Safety 1st.

Here is what Speedwell Safety 1st means to you

When entering our dealership, you will notice strict social distancing measures have been put in place, these are simple and easy to follow. Please take a moment to read the signage around the dealership. We have marked our showrooms with arrows to show where to go and where to wait, but don’t worry as staff will be available to point you in the right direction. We have also created a one-way system to help with social distancing as much as is possible and there are now guards for safety on all customer facing desks. You may also notice that all cars in our showroom are now locked, sanitised and sealed for your safety.

We have provided hand sanitiser and disposable gloves at all entrances for your safety, please use the hand sanitiser every time you enter or leave the premises.

SALES PROCESS ADDITIONS

We have added a safe contactless option to our sales process to fit with the new measures, we are now taking remote orders and offering video presentations, video test drives and a click and collect option, please ask us for more details.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

We are also offering FREE Delivery to all TQ, EX and PL postcodes with cars sanitised on arrival, plus nationwide delivery starting from £99. You can also now reserve any car for £99 online with Paypal.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Our service departments have remained open during lockdown, supporting key workers and will continue to do so, our opening hours will change for the month of June, starting from Monday 1st June 2020.
