As an existing Kia owner I have used Speedwell for several years. My existing Kia was approaching 10 years old and I thought it time to change. Gavin was extremely helpful in advising me on the options and was able to offer the model I was interested in as he had a demonstration one for sale. He arranged a test drive for the next day and was then helpful in negotiating the part exchange of my previous car against the purchase of the ex demonstration model. At all times Gavin gave excellent help and advice with no pressure. He conducted the whole process in a very professional way and made the experience hassle free by taking care of my number plate transfer. I had brief contact with others in the sales department who also were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for the superb service.

Just had our first service this morning and was most impressed with the welcome and friendliness of the staff, the young lady on the front desk from Paignton ( didn’t get her name ) and especially Lauren in Service who was most professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful throughout. Excellent service from start to finish. Pete was amazing, took great care to ensure we were happy with the car we purchased and ensured I knew everything I needed to. He took time to explain everything as I was going from a manual to an automatic. Also thanks to Neil who explained everything clearly regarding the finance. All in all I can't rate you both highly enough.....thank you!
