From first viewing the Kia Niro on Friday 26th September this car was ready for collection for me today, 2nd October. I cannot speak highly enough of GAVIN CAMPBELL in the way that he dealt with the sales transaction from beginning to end.

Spotted the car on line, rang and was told that when we arrived I should ask for Pete Damerall. Arrived on the Monday morning and from the start Pete was very helpful, actively listened and made it clear that he would only be happy if we were happy with the car. We decided to go ahead and buy the car and Pete made various promises to rectify some minor faults that we identified - all promises were fulfilled. He even sorted some last minute issues that I had been thinking about. On picking up the car Pete talked me through the basic setup to ensure safe driving and undertook to ring me the following week after his bank holiday break, to check everything was ok. Sure enough, on the Tuesday morning he rang and dealt with a couple of residual issues more than satisfactorily. (Also with a thank you to Marcus). Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with the way we were treated throughout the process. Pete is an asset to Speedwell Kia and a credit to his parents. I have been promised all sorts of things by Car Salesmen over the years, few of which have been delivered without some table thumping by me, but Pete ensured what he promised was fulfilled. The focus on customer satisfaction and ensuring that they get it right would certainly encourage me to give Speedwell Kia repeat business. Thanks very much for what you did Pete.

My husband and I went to Exeter today to get some more information on Electric / Hybrids and look at the Sportage model We were welcomed offered a seat and drink in the waiting area . Andy came to meet us and after explaining our situation offered to take us out on a test drive. His knowledge was unbelievable. How he retains all that information is amazing!!! We looked at various options and one had sold just before we decided. Not to be deterred he looked at others , costings and models all explained thoroughly. At no point did we feel under any pressure to buy- a welcome change to other experiences over the years. He made us feel so relaxed and informed. He then asked his manager Raul to become involved and between the two of them went out of their way to find us the perfect deal. All in all the whole experience was a pleasure and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Very excited to get our new car!! Thanks to all involved your knowledge, friendly approach and free coffee was very much appreciated!!

It was a good experience from start to finish, helpful and not pushy like some, we will definitely use them again.
