So Far So Good, made a really fair deal today to buy a new car, nothing was too much trouble, and very helpful staff going beyond the norm to collect documents etc for me, car buying as it should be no pressure selling or I would have been gone. Well done Mike.

Dear Mr Richards, The two Salesmen I dealt with at Speedwell Kia, Curtis Provins and Jake Piercy, just like the Kia Picanto were excellent! Nothing was too much trouble explaining more than once some things I couldn't take in. They were more like family than a Sales team, they are definately a real asset to the firm. Dear Sir, I took delivery of a Kia Venga on 30th. January, this was purchased through the Motability scheme. I would like you to know how very impressed I was by all the members of the sales team I had the pleasure to meet. Everyone was so helpful especially Curtis. I had originally visited your sale room to look at a Honda Jazz but I was also shown the Kia Venga. There was no pressure on me to choose but after test driving it I was very pleased to order it. From first test drive to final purchase,I was really well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. I was never rushed, just given all the information I needed to make my decision. Curtis is a very friendly, professional young man, who guided me through the process, and made the transition of ownership smooth and speedy. I would easily recommend KIA Paignton, as an extremely well run dealership, who take great care to ensure that you are completely happy with your car, and continue to due so once you have driven off the forecourt, with phone calls to check that I am happy with the car.I was very pleased with the service, and feel that if I have any questions to ask in the future, Curtis will be there to oblige.
