From the moment we first visited this dealership to simply enquire about part exchanging our car were greeted by the receptionist welcomed by Jake and began discussing at a leisurely professional basis our requirements, Mike another salesman had patiently looked through other dealerships and upon speaking with Jake agreed to show us the vehicles details on paper (as the car was a few hundred miles away). The car over the next few days was delivered to Kia Speedwell in Paignton, Jake duly telephoned us to arrange a view and test drive. Two weeks later we are now the proud owners of a Kia Venga 4 having part ex our Mitsubishi, Jake even arranged the transfer of our own number plates all paper work through post and on-line. We cannot express our gratitude for the polite patient and courteous customer service we recieved from this dealership. (Something hard to find these days) Thanks again Jake! They could not have been more helpful when my Kia broke down the week before Christmas. They kept me informed every step of the way and got my car back to me incredibly quickly. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
