Steve Peralta is a very warm and friendly sales person who was a pleasure to deal with. He spent time with my wife and I in explaining the different models of Picanto which resulted in us purchasing a vehicle that matched our needs. Steve clearly explained the finance options and the optional extras, which we purchased through Kia. Despite delivery delays, Steve kept us informed of progress. When we took delivery of the Picanto X line S Auto, Steve spent time with us explaining all the features, linked our phones to the car and generally ensured that we understood the car's controls.

We have experienced Speedwell Newton Abbot’s excellent service with our Kia Niro EV, so based on that we purchased a service plan with them for the new Picanto.

Finally, we can thoroughly recommend the excellent service we have had from Steve Peralta and Kia Speedwell Newton Abbot which we cannot fault.

My third purchase of a Kia from Speedwell Group and, as usual, the experience from start to finish has been excellent from Peter Damerell on Sales through to Marcus the Sales manager and Clare on Service Reception who went the extra mile for me beyond her remit to assist with a logistics problem. I am grateful to them all. As for the KIA Niro, probably the best car I have ever had and certainly from the best Dealership. Cars, Staff, Sales and Service, all highly recommended.

We recently picked up our upgraded Motability Kia Sportage from you after a long few years waiting. Firstly the car is AMAZING and almost drives itself! Having a reliable comfortable car helps me stay independent and its just perfect for my needs. Secondly we have to feedback the truly awesome customer service from Steve Peralta at Newton Abbot. He truly represents the highest levels of customer service we have experienced. His updates were regular and he never forgot us in all that time. He chased and guided through the challenges the car industry faced with Brexit and COVID. From the days when Motability removed Kia from their lists, to helping us challenge that with them, to calling us to tell us our challenge had worked, to helping sort out the paperwork issues with Motability and the bureaucracy that involved! He has helped us so much to navigate a difficult process and recognised the challenges Niki has being disabled. He always acknowledges Niki's spinal issues in such a cheerful friendly way...it puts a smile on her face. We have superb banter too. He also took the time to help us navigate the new car and all its great new gadgets! No words could fully express our gratitude that Steve always goes the extra mile at every stage and hope he is still there when we have to upgrade again! Regards Matt and Niki Redmond

My sales executive was Neil Binks at Newton Abbot. To demonstrate how brilliant he was, I had only gone out with a friend to buy cat litter and called in the garage on my way home for an initial foray. I came out with a top of the range Kia Picanto! I had previously been a Ford driver for fifty years but had become disenchanted with their customer service. One of my neighbours is a customer of Neil's. Neil was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, kind and supportive and I had complete confidence in him. My new car is just beautiful and my faith in the motor trade is totally restored. I was so impressed also with Speedwell's green credentials in planting ten trees to compensate for the paperwork I received and the final bouquet of flowers was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you.
