On the day we visited to view a Niro, the staff member who we initially saw (the chap who preps the vehicles) was very helpful and then Nick Cross did a splendid job and we did a deal in no time at all on that day! Recent purchase of a used Venga. I recently purchased the above amd am very pleased with the car, and the arrangements organised by Josh and Mr. Martinez. Within a month a following car ran into the back of me and damaged the rear bumper, which had to be replaced (under insurance cover provided by the other driver). When this work was completed I remembered that Josh had mentioned that the Venga had a special paint finish, so I popped in to query if the new bumper paint could be done. It was done there and then. Would just like to mention that I have just ordered a new car with one of your sales guys Curtis. After having been to many garages in the bay and Exeter, I can honestly say that Curtis was by far the most helpful, polite and went above and beyond to help us arrange for a test drive before we made our minds up. Nothing was too much trouble and we wanted to say that we could not have been treated any nicer. Thank you Curtis for all your help. So nice to find someone who is actually interested in the customer.

We picked up our new Cee'd 2 yesterday and wanted to write to you to express our thanks for the exceptional service provided by Curtis. He explained everything very clearly, I worked in a building society for 28 years and know a thing or two about customer service. We have purchased from two other Kia garages in the past and can say that our latest one was by far our best experience. A superb touch was the flowers given to me after picking up the car. We look forward to seeing you all next year for it's first service
