From beginning to end the whole process was an excellent experience. Unlike many other dealerships, we felt at ease, unhurried, and I pressured. Steve’s natural and relaxed manner really is something he and the dealership should celebrate. He was patient, knowledgable, and attentive. Test driving the car without scrutiny is also a positive.
