Despite a delayed delivery Will Godfrey constantly kept me up to date with progress. He was professional, courteous and generally a great ambassador for Kia. The handover of the car was accomplished with clear simple explanations - no mean feat with a vehicle of such advanced technology. The car is an absolute delight to drive. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Was looking to lease my next new car from a leasing company but spoke to Tony at Speedwell Newton Abbot who talked me through various options and happily managed to get close enough to the lease company deal. Whilst waiting for the car to arrive was kept fully up-to-date with monthly check-ins. When the car arrived, all aspects of the service were excellent from making sure all the paperwork was in order and any further questions i had were answered. On the day of pickup Sam was the person looking after us and have to say what a lovely experience that was. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the car, took us through all aspects of service etc and made us feel very special indeed. We will definitely be using Speedwell again when this lease comes to an end.

Last week my wife and I purchased a used Kia Niro from Speedwell Kia at Newton Abbot and we can say that the whole experience, from first viewing the car to taking delivery was first class. The salesman Steve Peralta could not have been more helpful, and with his friendly manner at no time did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase. When we picked up the car it was in immaculate condition and Steve had all the paperwork ready to make the whole procedure seamless. He gave us a good explanation of the car's controls, invited us to come back when we had any further questions and finally presented my wife with a lovely bouquet of flowers. A great dealership and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone looking to purchase a car.

From start to finish, I cannot fault this dealership. Communication was above excellent with Steve Peralta. Highly recommend Kia, Newton Abbot. Steve was a gem, which made the whole process simple. Super happy with my new vehicle and everything I requested, was actioned without any trouble. Steve you are a credit to sales.

Tom was amazing, friendly and professional and not an overbearing salesman which is a great plus. Made the whole process nice and easy, kept me informed all the way. Tom made sure when handing over my new car that I knew about all the new functions and said he was there to follow up with if I had anymore questions and would check in, in a week or so to make sure everything is going ok and I believe he will. Tom made me feel like a valued customer, even though I was purchasing through the mobility scheme and is an asset to Kia. The flowers were a lovely touch and greatly appreciated- thank you Tom!
