From the minute we arrived on the forecourt, John came out and spoke to us both. He made us feel welcome and valued. We were at the early stage of our car search, still undecided which make, let alone a model, although we had popped into Kia at Newton Abbot a few months previously, so had some ideas of what Kia had to offer. John was very helpful and while it was close to end of business on a Sunday, we didn't feel rushed, he apologised that it was too late but offered us a test drive of a Niro the following day, which we took up. Having done a long test drive, with no sign of any pressurised sales, we said that as this was our first look at a ‘new’ car, we wanted to check out other dealers locally but wanted to make a decision fairly quickly. We spent a couple of hours visiting three dealerships looking at similar sized and spec-ed models - at two, no one came out to enquire or assist, and at the third, the sales person wasn’t particularly interested. We decided to go back to John and Kia and look at the Niro again. Although impressed after the test drive, my wife persuaded me to look at the Sportage instead. Straight away John suggested a test drive, and half an hour later the deal was done! When we collected the car, John was happy to take as long as we wanted to explain all the controls, including helping to pair our mobile phones. We got a fair price for our part exchange and John sorted everything online while we waited. The Kia Sportage is a nice car but it was John’s approach, help and support that made the sale.

The salesman Steve Peralta was very helpful when I purchased my car he explained everything, when my car was ready for collection he explained all the switches and knobs I needed for safe driving The whole team at KIA Speedwell are also very helpful.

First class service when part exchanging our car without feeling pressured to make a decision. Bill was friendly and professional and we were offered what we were expecting for our old car without the usual haggling we have experienced from other salesmen elsewhere. Would have no hesitation in recommending Kia Speedwell in Exeter and will definitely return when we want to buy another car.

What fantastic service…….we are so pleased with the purchase of our Sportage. John made the whole process very smooth for us. He was knowledgeable and fulfilled our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even made time to pair our phones to Bluetooth! In conclusion, we felt that John was the best sales person we have dealt with over the past few years
