Tom was amazing, friendly and professional and not an overbearing salesman which is a great plus. Made the whole process nice and easy, kept me informed all the way. Tom made sure when handing over my new car that I knew about all the new functions and said he was there to follow up with if I had anymore questions and would check in, in a week or so to make sure everything is going ok and I believe he will. Tom made me feel like a valued customer, even though I was purchasing through the mobility scheme and is an asset to Kia. The flowers were a lovely touch and greatly appreciated- thank you Tom!
