I am delighted with my new car and the service that I have received from the team at Speedwell in Exeter. This is my third Kia and I like every aspect of this model. From the onset, when I was looking at trading in my car I was treated with respect and given time and opportunity to ask questions no matter how small they were. Everything was clearly communicated to me, and after I put down my deposit for my new car I was given monthly updates from the team. I am particularly impressed with Tom Ballett who took over my purchase in the Autumn when he joined the team. He was so helpful when I picked up my new car and spent time carefully explaining all the new features. He helped me with the settings and matched my mobile to the Bluetooth. In addition, he ensured that the seating was correct and we took a little drive to make sure that I was confident in driving home. Since then he has swiftly answered any further questions that I raised. This has been particularly helpful as I am elderly and recently widowed. One extra and unexpected surprise was the lovely bouquet of flowers that I received from Speedwell when I took ownership of the car. I would highly recommend Speedwell and all the team at Exeter.

We are very pleased with our new Kia Niro and especially the sales executive, Brant Wells, who was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend Kia Exeter to our friends and family.

You have just completed my 5 year service and MOT. I would like to congratulate you on your excellent customer service. The car was collected by a most pleasant driver, and delivered back the same day at the appointed times. I recently changed my Motability car contract from Skoda to Kia. I was assisted initially by Steve Duggan who processed my order, and today I did the changeover and was assisted by Tom Ballett. On both occasions I was treated well and respectfully, both Steve and Tom made sure everything went without a hitch and today Tom was as helpful as ever, so too was the lovely lady in reception, sorry I didn't ask your name. The changeover was seamless, all my questions were answered knowledgeably and when I arrived home I found a nice bouquet of flowers in the boot, that was nice for my wife when she woke up this afternoon,after a night shift, to find the flowers. Hi Andy, just wanted to say thank you for a lovely handover today. Don't change anything! I would recommend you getting a proper coffee machine though, no disrespect to your lovely receptionist.
