I booked my 8 year old Kia Picanto to be repaired. I got a 2024 courtesy car as they needed mine for 2 days. It is fixed and been cleaned inside and out. Such friendly happy people. Sorry, its a little late but just wanted to thank you for your professional help when I purchased my Stonic, couldn't thank Will enough and really appreciated his phone call 10 days after I collected the car to know if I was happy. I know some of these large garages just want to sell you something and forget about everything then but I feel that you want your customers to be happy and I will not have any hesitation in recommending you if I know of someone wanting to purchase a Kia. Great Service from Neil Johnson - Repaired another dealerships mistake at very short notice on the same day. Gave us a timescale, contacted us when the car was ready ahead of time. Proper customer service and great to deal with.
