We just purchased our car from Newton Abbot and Pete Damerell proved very informative, helpful and courteous. He also arranged for the fitting of a dashcam with their workshop. Nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with our new acquisition.

I am delighted with my new car and the service that I have received from the team at Speedwell in Exeter. This is my third Kia and I like every aspect of this model. From the onset, when I was looking at trading in my car I was treated with respect and given time and opportunity to ask questions no matter how small they were. Everything was clearly communicated to me, and after I put down my deposit for my new car I was given monthly updates from the team. I am particularly impressed with Tom Ballett who took over my purchase in the Autumn when he joined the team. He was so helpful when I picked up my new car and spent time carefully explaining all the new features. He helped me with the settings and matched my mobile to the Bluetooth. In addition, he ensured that the seating was correct and we took a little drive to make sure that I was confident in driving home. Since then he has swiftly answered any further questions that I raised. This has been particularly helpful as I am elderly and recently widowed. One extra and unexpected surprise was the lovely bouquet of flowers that I received from Speedwell when I took ownership of the car. I would highly recommend Speedwell and all the team at Exeter.
