I recently changed my Motability car contract from Skoda to Kia. I was assisted initially by Steve Duggan who processed my order, and today I did the changeover and was assisted by Tom Ballett. On both occasions I was treated well and respectfully, both Steve and Tom made sure everything went without a hitch and today Tom was as helpful as ever, so too was the lovely lady in reception, sorry I didn't ask your name. The changeover was seamless, all my questions were answered knowledgeably and when I arrived home I found a nice bouquet of flowers in the boot, that was nice for my wife when she woke up this afternoon,after a night shift, to find the flowers.
